Two Matt Mills Reining non pros competed in the National Reining Breeders Classic Non Pro finals in Katy, Texas.

Ashley Anixter, Scottsdale, Ariz., successfully competed in the first go-round to score a 211 on Whiz Bing Bang Boom to make the Limited Non Pro finals.

Karen Mills rode Monts Jigger of Gin to a score of 214.5, earning ninth place and $175 in the Limited Non Pro first go. The pair earned a spot in both the Limited and Intermediate Non Pro finals.

In the finals, Karen scored a 212.5 to place 12th in the Intermediate Non Pro, which paid her $1,054, and 8th in the Limited Non Pro, earning an additional $1,281.
