Matt showed A Ruf Hollywood Nite, a bay stallion owed by Brian Westbrook, running back on the Philadelphia Eagles. The pair captured the Junior Horse Circuit Championship.
Matt won the FEI/USEF Open Reining Qualifer riding Catalyst Cody owned by Rita Harrington of Colorado.
Matt traveled to Ocala, Florida to show Jerry Lee Dun It, owned by Out West Stallion Station. He was 4th in the Single Shot Derby with a score of 225.5
